About illari
illari is heartbeat monitoring for scheduled jobs. It is built and run by one developer, based in Texas.
Why it exists
Run enough scheduled jobs for long enough and some will stop without telling you. You probably know this pain well. A backup that quietly produced a 40-byte file. A nightly export dead for three weeks after a deploy wiped the crontab. A report that went out two days stale. These only get fixed when someone realizes they stopped.
The problem might seem small, until it isn't. So I built illari to catch it, a genuinely good tool with simple pricing.
What illari is
A job makes an HTTP request to a URL when it runs. illari knows the job's cron schedule and timezone, so it expects that request at a specific time and alerts you when it doesn't arrive. Pro adds the run's exit code, duration, and thresholds on any number the job includes in the request.
